Alpaca Geo Dome
Experience the tranquility of nature while being surrounded by our charming Alpacas, ensuring a memorable outdoor getaway. Each dome is thoughtfully equipped to create a home-away-from-home atmosphere. Each dome features a picnic bench, fire pit and hammock.A double bed is standard, and an extra bed can be requested at the time of booking if you would like to sleep three guests. For those chillier nights, you will also find a log burner, with wood provided for your convenience. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and unique experience that our glamping accommodations offer.
Our spacious 6-meter dome provides you with a cozy space to enjoy right in front of our alpacas. Everything you need is included; just bring yourselves.
Pricing Overview
Base Rate: £120 per night 2 People included.
Additional Guests: £10 per night for an additional person.
Vehicles: An additional vehicle will incur a charge of £5 per night.
Dogs: One dog is included in the price. Each additional dog will be charged £5 per stay. (2 maximum)
Our Supersized Electric Hard Standing Pitches
At Grass Roots Caravan and Glamping, we understand the importance of space and comfort during your outdoor adventures. Our supersized 8 x 5 meters electric hard standing pitches have been meticulously designed to accommodate larger caravans and motorhomes, providing you with the perfect base for your stay.
Each pitch is generously sized, ensuring there’s ample room for your vehicle, as well as space for outdoor furniture, awnings, and any additional items you wish to bring along. The level, solid surface of the pitches guarantees stability during your visit, making set-up and take-down effortless.
Equipped with electric hook-ups, our pitches offer the convenience of power for all your electronic needs, from charging devices to powering appliances. Our maximum amp is 16 amp. Please note they are not fully serviced pitches; our water filling point is located by the shower block (50 yards away).

Grass electric pitches
Our electric grass pitches offer a unique camping experience, allowing guests the freedom to choose their own spot upon arrival. There are no designated pitches, giving you the flexibility to find the ideal location that suits your needs. Each area is spacious, accommodating tents, caravans, and motorhomes with ease.
The grass pitches are designed to provide ample space for your setup, ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With access to electric hookups, you can enhance your camping experience by powering your devices and appliances. Whether you prefer to be close to amenities or in a more secluded spot, the choice is yours. Enjoy the great outdoors while having the convenience of electricity right at your fingertips.

Our modern and newly renovated shower block offers a range of facilities designed for your convenience and comfort during your stay.
Women’s Facilities: 1 women's shower and 2 women's toilets are available.
Men’s Facilities: 1 men’s shower and 2 men’s toilets are also provided.

This location provides a variety of daily food items and includes a Greggs for freshly brewed coffee. For a wider selection, the closest supermarkets can be found 1.5 miles away in Milford Haven. Tenby is approximately 15 Miles from Waterston, Milford Haven. The journey typically takes around 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and the chosen route. Both locations are situated in Pembrokeshire, Wales, making for a relatively straightforward trip through scenic countryside.

We welcome dogs to join you on your stay. The price includes one dog, allowing you to share your adventure with your furry companion. Should you wish to bring additional dogs, there will be a charge of £5 per stay for each extra dog. This policy ensures a comfortable experience for all our guests, both human and canine.

Respect Nature: Please be mindful of the environment. Avoid disturbing wildlife.
Fires and Barbecues: We have a communal fire pit available for our guests to enjoy. Please use it at your own risk and ensure that children are supervised at all times. Fire pits and barbecues must be raised off the ground to prevent damage to our turf.
Waste Disposal: All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged where facilities are available. Please help us, help you in keeping the cost down, We incur charges for items disposed of in landfill. Do not leave your unwanted tents or large items; a fee of £50 will be applied.
Dogs and Pets: Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times unless very well behaved. Please clean up after your dog. Please check specific pet policies at the time of booking.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. This includes minimising noise from voices, music, and other activities.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged upon request.
Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and must report any issues immediately to the campsite management.
Safety Compliance: Guests must comply with all safety officials' instructions and site regulations. Emergency procedures must be followed at all times.
Leave No Trace: We ask all visitors to leave their pitch in the same condition as they found it for the enjoyment of future guests.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in a request to leave the campsite without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain a harmonious camping environment.
Cancelation & Refunds
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Grass Roots Caravan and Glamping, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.
Cancellation Period:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a small administration fee.
Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Changes to Bookings:
Guests may request to change their booking dates. Changes can be made at no extra cost if requested at least 30 days before the arrival date, subject to availability.
If changes are made within 30 days of your arrival, additional charges may apply depending on the new booking rates.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request being approved.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original booking.
Non-Arrival:
In the event of a 'no-show' without prior notice, the total booking amount will be forfeited.
